These terms are an agreement between you and Dola AI (“Dola”, “we”, “us”) for using dolaai.pro, the Dola desktop app, the Unreal Engine plugin, and Dola-hosted AI models. By creating an account or using Dola, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
1. Who may use Dola
You must be 18 or older to create an account or use Dola. By signing up you confirm that you are. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we delete it.
2. Your account
Give accurate sign-up details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account. If you think someone else has used it, email support@dolaai.pro.
Dola is in beta. Access opens in waves from a waitlist, and features may change or be removed.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Dola to:
- break the law or infringe anyone’s rights, including copyright;
- get around credit limits, the waitlist, or security, or access other people’s accounts or data;
- share your account, or resell or share access to Dola-hosted models;
- overload, scrape, or attack the service;
- make malware or other harmful content, or break the usage policies of the model providers your requests go to.
4. Your content and AI output
You own your projects, code, and the prompts and files you give Dola. You let us, and the providers we use, process that content only to run Dola for you (for example, to send a prompt to a model).
As between you and us, you own the output Dola creates for you, to the extent the law allows it to be owned. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or insecure, and Dola’s agents can change your project files. Review output before you use or ship it, and keep backups or version control.
5. Dola’s software
We own the Dola website, desktop app, plugin, and hosted service. While you follow these terms, you may use them for your own work. Open-source parts are covered by their own licences.
6. Free use with your own API key
You can use Dola for free with your own model provider API key (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Groq, xAI, Mistral, Cerebras, or a custom or local endpoint), set in the desktop app under Settings → Model → Override provider. Those requests go from the app to that provider. You pay the provider directly under its terms, and they use no Dola credits.
7. Plans, credits, and auto-renewal
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions, priced in US dollars, that add Dola-hosted models with AI credits included each paid month: Indie $10 a month with $10 of AI credits; Pro $50 a month with $50 of AI credits; Pro+ $100 a month with $100 of AI credits; Max $200 a month with $200 of AI credits. Unused included credits reset when the plan renews. Extra credit packs are one-time purchases, and extra credits do not reset on renewal. Checkout shows the final amount before you pay.
Your plan renews automatically each month, and you are charged the plan price, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account: Subscription → Manage billing / cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep your plan and this period’s included credits until the paid period ends. Deleting your account also cancels an active subscription and removes your unused credits.
Dodo Payments is the merchant of record. Dodo sells and bills the plans and credit packs, and its checkout and billing terms also apply. If we change a plan’s price, we will tell you before the new price applies, and you can cancel before it does.
8. Refunds
If you think you were charged in error, or you want a refund, email support@dolaai.pro from the address on your account. We handle refund requests case by case, in line with applicable law and Dodo Payments’ refund policy. Approved refunds are paid through Dodo. Nothing in these terms removes refund rights you have under the law where you live.
9. Third-party services
Dola relies on other services, including Firebase (sign-in), OpenRouter and model providers (Dola-hosted models), Dodo Payments (billing), and GitHub (installer downloads). Their own terms and policies apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for them. Unreal Engine is licensed to you by Epic Games under its own licence. Dola is not made or endorsed by Epic Games.
10. Disclaimers
Dola is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that Dola will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that its output will be correct.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or project files. Our total liability for any claim about Dola is limited to the amount you paid us for Dola in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
12. Ending your use
You can stop using Dola at any time and delete your account from your dashboard. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, puts other users or the service at risk, or belongs to someone under 18. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you first.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over disputes about them. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections that the law where you live gives you.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date. If you keep using Dola after a change, the updated terms apply to that use.
15. Copyright complaints
Dola does not host content that users share with each other. If you believe material on dolaai.pro or in Dola infringes your copyright, email support@dolaai.pro with: the work, where the material is, your contact details, and a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised.
