Blueprint editing
Auto-layout graphs
Tidies node positions in a Blueprint graph so new and existing logic stays readable instead of stacked or overlapping.
Last updated 10 October 2026
Status: Live
When to use it
Use it after large edits, or on any graph that has become hard to follow.
Example prompts
Type requests like these in the Dola chat:
- Tidy up the event graph in BP_PlayerCharacter.
- Lay out the nodes you just added so they don't overlap.
What you need
- The Dola desktop app, signed in, with your Unreal project attached
- Unreal Editor open on that project with the Dola plugin enabled (current builds: UE 5.7)
Safety notes
- Edits are made in the open editor, then the Blueprint is compiled and saved so you can review the result straight away.
- Create a checkpoint before large changes so you can roll back what Dola wrote.
