Project knowledge
Recall earlier chats
Searches your earlier Dola chats so decisions and conventions you agreed on can be found again. Chat history is stored on your machine.
Last updated 10 October 2026
Status: Live
When to use it
Use it to pick up an earlier decision instead of repeating it. Refresh the chat history index on the app's Knowledge page first.
Example prompts
Type requests like these in the Dola chat:
- What naming conventions did we agree on in earlier chats?
- Find the chat where we planned the save system.
What you need
- The Dola desktop app, signed in, with your Unreal project attached
- Best results once the project index has finished building
Safety notes
- Chat history and its index stay on your computer; searching them does not change project assets.
