Index health and progress
Reports whether the project index is up to date, how far a re-index has got, and when search results might still be incomplete.
Last updated 10 October 2026
Status: Live
When to use it
Use it when Dola cannot find something you know exists, or right after attaching a large project.
Example prompts
Type requests like these in the Dola chat:
- Is the project index finished?
- Why can't you find my new Blueprint?
What you need
- The Dola desktop app, signed in, with your Unreal project attached
- Best results once the project index has finished building
Safety notes
- Read-only: it looks at your project and does not change it.
